Dwayne is the primary pastor of Wellspring Church since 2007. The church was founded in Charlotte, NC. He is also a member of Acts 29 Network, where the director is Pastoral Care. Dwayne also has a heart for training the next generation biblical counselors. He serves as a Board Director of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has published numerous pieces on the internet and has been a contributor to the Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Transform Lives Through God's Unchangeable Truth. Kelleman as well as Viars).
